Munkey Feet

Formed in the south east coast of Australia, Munkey Feet is an indie rock band all about toe-tapping grooves and sharing the enjoyment of what it means to make music with your mates and going ape on stage! Their sometimes genre-bending musical prowess and relatable hooks draw the crowd in for a good time while being engulfed in a story along the way.

Fresh off a tour of Thailand in 2024, the boys have also performed at events such as Big Pineapple Music Festival, Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Mushroom Valley, Jungle Love, Liberti Fest, Oz Fest Noosa and more as well as hosting their own event , Munkey Fest in 2022.

Before joining with his band mates frontman Mickey had released a self produced concept album in 2019 called 'Heartbreaks and Happiness' about going through the stages of a relationship - from feeling the lust toward someone new to the acceptance and letting go of the person who isn’t quite right to spend your life with.

Now teamed up with co-frontman Neil Sims and Noizy Nige on drums the songwriting has been flowing thick and fast, and the lads have released their debut single 'The Raid' - an engaging reggae story about Neil's brush with law...

Munkey Feet's first album as a band 'Footwork' is set for release in 2025! While each track will stand on its own, the album will be exploring a completely new sound and style; blending multiple genres into the soundtrack for an accompanying animated movie that will take the viewer on a psychedelic journey.
