It’s the soundtrack to a life lived freely: stories of love, longing, and adventure played out on mountaintops, beaches, and through the dusty trails of the Australian outback. It’s the soundtrack of backpackers chasing both dreams and horizons, all wrapped up in Majelen’s one-of-a-kind sound.
Trained at the Conservatorium of Music, majoring in Jazz Guitar, Majelen’s music is grounded in exceptional technical skill. She’s developed a distinctive playing style that uses her right hand for both rhythmic drumming and chordal movement, creating a full-band energy from a single acoustic guitar. Combined with thoughtful lyrics and captivating melodies, her sound is as uplifting as it is unique—equal parts heart and groove.
