Last year Mick’s daughter turned 16…and she introduced him to her first boyfriend. That’s fun for any Dad. Now he just has to try and navigate pornography, plastic surgery, pay gaps, potential grubs on the apps and plenty more besides…plus he needs to make it look like he’s not ‘interfering’.

A two-time winner of the Perth Fringe Weekly Comedy Award, Mick knows how to craft a show with punch, humour and a heart.

Mick Neven has been performing stand-up comedy for 21 years and has learned a thing or two in that time. Always park the car in a handy spot and try to get paid in advance are the two biggest lessons. 

Surprisingly comedy has taken him all over the world. He's gigged all over the UK and Asia, toured Canada, performed in New York and been on three tours for Forces Entertainment, performing for Aussie troops serving overseas. Here If You Need will be his 12th solo show.
