Jack Raymond | February Residency

This coming February Ladies and gents, Jack Raymond and Friends will be taking over the lounge bar every sunday. Jacks unique brand of mountain roots feels strangely at home on the coast so come down and get involved. Following a tour of Vic with Tom Harrington and appearances at Woodford and Tamworth Raymond is returning to the coast . Joined for these shows, jack is bringing one special act per week to open the stage and will be bringing along friends for what are set to be some great arvos. 



Hailing from country Harrietville, Victoria, this man of the mountains has travelled the coastline and settled by the ocean in Noosa, Queensland. His style is “mountain roots” – rugged, raw and grounded in blues with an easy folk undertone. Raymond is a storyteller, drawing inspiration from his travels and the characters he’s met along the way. 

Alex Kosenko is an independent travelling artist from Brisbane, Australia and his music can be described as a unique mix of Australian Blues Rock and Roots, accompanied by his inventive electric sound. Alex’s one-man band performances include a thumping kick drum and tambourine, howling harmonica solos, bluesy acoustic-electric guitar and soul driven vocals. Alex’s dynamic live shows are high energy performances that include a mixture of original tunes that leave audiences captivated and wanting more.
